Sierra Express Filings offers same day courier service to all 4 counters at the California Secretary of State’s (SOS) office in Sacramento – including the SOS 24 Hour Processing, Expedited filing counter.

When you submit an order, using our online order form (“Place Order Now” button below) or one of the other formats, we always provide email confirmation. This email will confirm that we have received your order, and are processing your Expedited filing. It will also break-down and describe the fees and confirm your billing information. Expedited filings constitute the SOS 24 hour processing, (which is only interrupted by the weekend and certain Federal or State Holidays) or 1 business day processing. The confirmation email will also serve as a reminder of when you can expect your processed documents returned to you.

Sierra Express Filings provides our same day courier service via personal delivery to the SOS counter, which is the only option available for Expedited filings – the State will not Expedite any mailed in documents. With Expedited SOS 24 hour processing the State guarantees your filing will be ready for pick up in 24 hours (or 1 business day). Our courier will personally pick up your completed Expedited filing documents so we can scan and email them to you the same day the State makes them available. We then mail them directly to you on the day that we pick them up using the United States Postal Service (USPS). FedEx is available for an additional shipping fee if you need a tracking number and faster delivery.

You may have multiple companies you want to form using Expedited SOS 24 hour processing. When submitting your order, you’re eligible for our Simultaneous Submission Discount* by uploading multiple entities for our same day courier service.
