Step 1:
Download and complete the appropriate business entity forms from the California Secretary of State Website.
Step 2:
Download and complete our SOS Business Entity Filing Order Form for our courier service. Download, complete, and sign our Credit Card Authorization Form.
Step 3:
Fax your Completed Order Form, Credit Card Authorization Form, and the California SOS Business Entity form(s) to (916) 474.4343. Our Courier Service Representative will contact you to confirm your submission. By faxing your order before 1pm, you will ensure we can provide our same day courier service.
