Since we are a small company, our goal is to provide our clients with excellent customer service, and reliable delivery at reasonable rates. We continue to sharpen and revise our online order system and train helpful staff to facilitate the submission and retrieval process of all manner of business entity filings with the State of California.
History
Sierra Express was originally established in 1984 as a California courier service in Placer County. Since then, we’ve relocated and refined our services to specialize in business filings with the California Secretary of State. Now with many thousands of filings of experience we are familiar with the nuances and details of California business entity formations.
